You’ve learned your lesson, received your illumination… now: what will you do with it? This is a sharing Moon. You’re going to the dance after the harvest. What you reaped at the Full Moon is safe in the granary. There’s still the business of tallying it up, getting the best price for it at market (life does go on). But don’t skip this moment of celebration. Shift your eyes if you need to; but see that life is a party. And if your Full Moon harvest was bountiful, you might feel particularly generous, grateful, or gay and carefree. If your work was hard and long, maybe you want to slip into your wild self. If your harvest was disappointing, you might be thinking about why that was so. Whatever your feelings this Moon phase, a little introspection is good. So is talking about it. You’re poised to disseminate what was gained since the last New Moon. You may have a barrel of new wisdom to share. You might also be analyzing your relationships, adding up the balance sheet of giving and getting. As you look around life’s bright, noisy room, notice what’s still missing in your life. Fixing that is what future cycles are for. 
This moon’s gift is Integration.
Full Moon insights can come quick as lightening–and disappear just as fast—unless you work to fully integrate any new perspectives achieved. That’s what the Disseminating phase is for. When you understand how to actually work new insights into the fabric of your life, you achieve another breakthrough. Lives are changed during this phase!
Its foundation element is Water.
Pay attention to your feelings. Follow their flow. This is information too. The water element connects you with the flow of your feelings. Drink lots of water, listen to water sounds, swim, enjoy a sacred bath. And here’s a special treat: imagine that your mind is enjoying a brisk and invigorating shower.

You’re learning to take responsibility for the lessons you’ve received. Don’t wait till next month—walk your talk now. And don’t be surprised if you inspire others along the way. This is a teaching Moon; social connections are favored.
